How much will my delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge is just £4.95 to the UK Mainland no matter how many items you order. Heavy or over-sized items requiring special delivery attract a supplementary delivery charge and are marked with the following symbols or

Standard delivery (UK Mainland)	£4.95
Standard delivery (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands (except Jersey) & BFPO	£6.95
Supplementary delivery charge per heavy/oversized item (All areas*)	+£15.00
Supplementary charge for delivery of a heavy item (All areas*) Don't worry we won't turn up unannounced. If the item you have purchased is particularly heavy or bulky our courier will call in advance to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date (Mon-Fri only). If you have shopped with us before you can check we have your most up to date phone number in the My Account section of our website.	+£30.00
Express, delivery is available on all items marked and if ordered before 2pm items will arrive on the next working day (UK Mainland only, other areas may take an extra day)	+£5.00

*Regrettably red lorry items cannot be delivered to BFPO addresses

How long will it take my order to reach me?

The majority of our in stock orders are delivered within 8 days, although we do ask you to allow between 14 and 28 days for delivery as some items are despatched to you directly from one of our trusted specialist suppliers. If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before 2pm, then your order will be delivered during the next working day.
