Our standard delivery charge is just £4.95 to the UK Mainland no matter how many items you order. Heavy or over-sized items requiring special delivery attract a supplementary delivery charge and are marked with the following symbols

How long will it take my order to reach me?
The majority of our in stock orders are delivered within 8 days, although we do ask you to allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery as some items are despatched to you directly from one of our trusted specialist suppliers. If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before the product order deadline, then your order will be delivered during the next working day.

Bought these items 29Sept. I have given one away and the other two for stocking
fillers. When opening one up the letter opener was broken. the metal strip had snapped. so as it was bought a month ago and yo state in your terms that a broken
purchase had to be reported within five days and thenemail came today!!!!

Boxing clever from
"Gift Boxes" were very poor quality.
Very disappointed with the quality of the packaging. Illfitting lids and the "Silk" lining had numerous thread pulls in them. These items were gifts and I feel let down by the quality.
