Your Gift Card may be redeemed against purchases from any company that is a ‘Partner Company’ of Scotts & Co. (Scotts Ltd). There are 9 different companies to choose from, including some of Britain´s best known specialist catalogues and direct retail brands. You can choose from over 14,000 different gifts and other products offered by these companies.
Your Gift Card is simple to redeem and can be used to fund any purchase, in full or in part, from any of our Partner Companies. You can order by phone, by post or in any of our stores and now online. Redeem your Gift Card online at any of the websites of our Partner Companies.
You can now also check your Gift Card balance online - Check Your Balance.
How to redeem your Gift Card
By Phone
- Browse any of our catalogues or websites.
- Note the product code of the item(s) you wish to purchase.
- Call our dedicated Order Line on * to place your order. Calls to 0844 numbers cost 7p per minute plus your telephone company's access charge
- When prompted, give the operator your Gift Card Number. This is printed on the reverse of your card.
By Post and in Store
If you´re placing your order by post, simply send your catalogue order form. Enter your Gift Card number in the relevant payment information section and we'll do the rest. If you are making a purchase in one of our stores, just present your card at the till.
Online
- Browse online.
- Add the items you wish to order to your basket.
- On the Order Summary and Payment Details page select 'Gift Card' as your payment method and enter your unique 20 digit card number and 4 security digits. (Both numbers can be found on the reverse of your Gift Card and the 4 security digits are found underneath a scratch off panel).
Please note that if you have more than one Gift Card, you can use multiple cards as payment towards a single order, except online.
Please note that the value of your purchases will be deducted from the value on your Gift Card at the time that you place your order. If the value of your purchases exceeds the value on your card, you may use an alternative payment method to make up the difference. You are not required to spend the entire value of your Gift Card on a purchase. We will simply deduct the value of your purchase from the total value on your card, leaving you to spend the balance on a future purchase. Your Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase or the date of any subsequent top–up. Any balance remaining after expiry of this 24–month period will be forfeited automatically.
Your Gift Card is not a credit, debit, store or cheque guarantee card. Please treat it like cash. Your card and any unused balance on it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
If we have any cause to refund a purchase that you have made using your Gift Card, we will refund the value to the same Gift Card. So please retain your card until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Where an order has been placed using your Gift Card and an additional method of payment, any refund will be prioritised to your Gift Card. Any balance will be refunded in the normal way. Please note that on purchases of pierced earrings, software, personalised gifts or perishable items, as well as hygiene-sensitive items including pillows, mattress toppers and duvets, we are unable to accept returns unless faulty.
