How much will my delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge is just £4.95 to the UK Mainland no matter how many items you order. Heavy or over-sized items requiring special delivery attract a supplementary delivery charge and are marked with the following symbols

All delivery costs are non-refundable. |

How long will it take my order to reach me?
The majority of our in stock orders are delivered within 8 days, although we do ask you to allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery as some items are despatched to you directly from one of our trusted specialist suppliers. If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before the product order deadline, then your order will be delivered during the next working day.

The name was spelt wrong on each item.
I order the personalised pencil case with pencils and the girls lunch bag all to have the name Ilianna (ILIANNA) added. The pencil case said LLIANNA, the pencils inside said LILIANNA and lunch bag said LLLIANNA! Surely most staff would have thought that 3 Ls was incorrect? How is it possible that every article I order had a different spelling on it?!

I am new to internet buying & found I had not chosen the name required correctly. On phoning the following morning the lady changed the lettering & confirmed details with me - my great grand-daughter & myself are really pleased with the pencil & pencil case - thank-you
