How much will my delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge is just £4.95 to the UK Mainland no matter how many items you order. Heavy or over-sized items requiring special delivery attract a supplementary delivery charge and are marked with the following symbols

Express next-day delivery is available on all items marked  for just £6.95 per order. All items in your order that are eligible for express delivery will be automatically delivered next-day. Any other items where express delivery isn't available will be delivered as soon as possible. (Express delivery is available to the UK Mainland only). A signature is required upon receipt. All delivery costs are non-refundable. |

How long will it take my order to reach me?
The majority of our in stock orders are delivered within 8 days, although we do ask you to allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery as some items are despatched to you directly from one of our trusted specialist suppliers. If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before the product order deadline, then your order will be delivered during the next working day.

Great I-pad pen
I bought two of these, one for my husband for Christmas and then decided to purchase one for my friend. I frequently borrow my husband's, it's great for using on my I-pad but then you also have a pen should you wish to make notes.it's also quite light to handle

I found that it did not write very well but more importantly there is no makers name on the refill and I cannot find out where to buy a replacement when the ink runs out.

These are marvellous - have bought one for all the men in my life as their big, clumsy fingers need the touch screen bit to find the right keys to send texts etc.
