Our standard delivery charge is just £4.95 to the UK Mainland no matter how many items you order. Heavy or over-sized items requiring special delivery attract a supplementary delivery charge and are marked with the following symbols

All delivery costs are non-refundable. |

How long will it take my order to reach me?
The majority of our in stock orders are delivered within 8 days, although we do ask you to allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery as some items are despatched to you directly from one of our trusted specialist suppliers. If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before the product order deadline, then your order will be delivered during the next working day.

Super personalised gift
It keeps my partner's coffee warm enough to drink at work for up to an hour, even without the lid! Great to find a mug shaped one not one of those tall travel cups which he didn't want. Yours was the only insulated mug of this shape that I could find that could be personalised.

only received one of the two ordered at the same time which was badly engraved. Have returned the one with Jojo on but am still to receive the one with Will on it. The mug is good but the engraving spoilt it.

Really pleased with this mug. It certainly keeps the drinks hot and very handy for when working outside. Be very careful though as when it says keeps drinks hot it does so check temperature before sipping.

I am bedbound and find it keeps my drinks warm
Colour is starting to fade after constant use. My young Granddaughter loves drinking from it using a straw and so far kept herself dry. We love the shape, but wish the colour stayed bright.
